Betty Dee Cady, 68, of Dewey, Ariz., passed away July 17, 2011, in Sun City, Ariz. Betty was born in Albuquerque, N.M., to Arthur and Rosa Formwalt. She worked as an oil company secretary and came to Arizona in 1975. 

Betty is survived by her loving husband Gerald of Dewey, Ariz.; sister Gwen Groff; and brother Fred Formwalt.
