The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, March 3, 2004 Robert D. Hoops, 82, of Cottonwood, Arizona and formerly of Winslow, Arizona, passed away February 28th. U.S. Navy Veteran of WW II. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 3rd from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., Cottonwood, Ariz. Thursday, March 4th at the Elks Lodge, 315 W. 3rd Street, Winslow, Ariz., Visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral service at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Winslow Community Cemetery. Memorial donations to N. Arizona Hospice, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326. Westcott Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
