MATHERN, Barbara Ann

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, October 9, 2006 Barbara Ann Mathern was born Sept. 26, 1962, in Marshalltown, Iowa. She passed away Oct. 5, 2006. Barbara moved to Arizona in 1972 and resided in Mayer: She graduated from Mayer High School in 1982 and worked at Ace Retail Support Center for 12 years as supervisor of break stock. Barbara is survived by siblings Carol Kathy, Mike, Larry, Mark, Chris, and Beth (her identical twin), parents Mildred and Dale; two babies, Reggie and Louis; 15 nephews and nieces; four great nephews; special friend Teresa; and many friends and loved ones. Barbara loved the New York Yankees, hunting, and spending time with nieces and nephews. She was a great aunt and will be missed by all. Services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Highway 69 in Mayer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the City of Hope, Good Samaritan Hospital, 1111 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, Ariz., 85006.
