Vance Q. Harer

    Vance Q. Harer, 55, a native of Liberty, a community near Buckeye, died Friday in the Veterans Administration Hospital at Portland, Ore.

    Mr. Harer had been an insurance agent and moved to Portland 12 years ago. He was a veteran of World War II.

    Survivors include a son, James V. of Phoenix; a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Ann Ritchie of Huntington Beach, Calif.; four sisters and four brothers out of state; and four grandchildren.

    Services and burial will be tomorrow in Portland, with Cascade Mortuary there in charge of arrangements.
