Allen E. Kendall, 58, of Flagstaff died peacefully June 18, 2011 in Phoenix with his family by his side. He was born June 26, 1953, in Holbrook.
Allen attended Holbrook Elementary and high schools. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, and after 10 years of service he moved to Flagstaf. It was while working for his sister he met the love of his life, Connie Lorraine Dominguez and they married April 23, 1988. Allen was employed at Walgreens in Flagstaff for 23 years. He loved life and his family. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all those that knew him.
Allen is survived by his wife, Connie Lorraine Kendall of Flagstaff; sisters: Pat (Stan) Freeland of Holbrook, Linda (Leonard) Morgan of Louisville, Ky.; Judy (Duane) Lindquist of Flagstaff; Lisa(James) Parsons of Show Low; Cathy(Gene) Travis of Shepherdsville, Ky.; daughter Crystal D. Kendall of Encino, Ca.; son Eric (Cathy) Kendall; grandsons: Ethan and Aiden (lil’ Al) Kendall of Flagstaff and many, many nieces, nephews and in-laws and friends. Special love and thanks to the Dominguez Family for all their love and support during Allen’s illness.
Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Betty L. Walsh; father, Elmer L. Kendall, sister Anita Handy; and brother Monty R. Gonzales.
Memorial Services were held July 22, at Norvell Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66 in Flagstaff.
