Harlow II, age 72, a 2-year resident of Bullhead City, died on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, in Bullhead City, Ariz. He was a previous resident of Parker, Ariz., for about two years, and Hawaii, for 25 years. Frank was born on August 22, 1938, in New York City, N.Y. He was the beloved son of Alma M. Harlow, father of Laura Harlow Doll and Frank A. Harlow III, and sister of Patricia Harlow McLaughlin. Memorial Services were held on Saturday, July 16, 2011, at Desert Lawn Funeral Home in Mohave Valley, Ariz.
