KUENLEN, Thusnelda

The Record and Herald News (North New Jersey) Friday, October 15, 2010 Thusnelda (Ellin) Kuenlen, 98, of Grass Valley, CA, died on September 23. Born in College Point, NY, she moved to Tenafly, NJ in 1950 where she lived most of her life with her husband George and three daughters. She moved to Arizona in 1980 and became the tennis pro at Rancho de los Caballeros in Wickenburg and shortly thereafter moved to Sun City, Arizona where she lived until 2008. She then moved to Grass Valley, CA to live with her daughter Kim where she supported her daughter's passion for dog rescue. She was predeceased by her husband George Kuenlen and her daughter Gale Klop. She is survived by two daughters, Amy Smith of Mahwah, NJ, and Kim Kuenlen of Grass Valley, CA.
