Today's News-Herald, lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - Wanda Sue Toth, 65, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away July 26, 2011 after a sudden illness. She was born January 7, 1946, in Rockford, Ill., to George and Verna McDaniel. She married Alex Toth November 14, 1974. She was a resident of Highland, Calif., for 30 years. She retired from the U.S. Post Office in 2001, and moved to Lake Havasu City. She opened her home and had a great story and hug to share with everyone she met. Throughout her life she enjoyed boating, water sports, bowling, knitting and she had just recently begun learning how to play golf. She is survived by her husband, Alex Toth, of Lake Havasu City; children, Michael and Jody Toth, of Fargo, N.D., Linda Toth. of Pocatello, Idaho, Pamela and Buren Howerton, of Gilbert, Ariz., and Clinton and Dawn Toth, of Redlands, Calif. Proud grandmother to Stephanie Bowering, Dustin Toth, Ashley Toth, Christopher Galaska, Corey Galaska, Briana Toth, Jake Toth, Diesel Toth and Parker Toth; brothers, Charles McDaniel, Wayne (Pep) McDaniel, and sister-in-law Jean Marine. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Chip McDaniel, Marion McDaniel, Carl Marine, Anna Meyers and Mildred Schiro. No Services will be held per her wishes. A celebration of life will be Saturday starting at 11 a.m., at the home of Clinton and Dawn Toth in Redlands, Calif.
