CUTTER, Roy Payton, Jr.


Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - Roy Payton Cutter, Jr., 78, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011 in Lake Havasu City. He was born on October 07, 1932. Roy served his country proudly in the US Army and was honorably discharged as PFC,, Automatic Weapons Union. He moved and his wife, Eleanor, moved to Lake Havasu City 16 years ago, coming from Klamath Falls, Ore. He was a member of the IBEW - 477, Moose Lodge, Kiwanis Club, Boy Scouts and the ELKS Lodge. Roy owned and operated Cutter Electric, Inc. for 30 years. He was a true family man who enjoyed hunting, loved to travel, racing cars and motorcycles and especially enjoyed breeding Yorkshire Terriers. Roy was a very proud and independent man who had a strong will to live. He will be deeply missed. Roy is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor Cutter of Lake Havasu City; son, John Cutter; daughters, Delisa Short, Christine Langley, Debra Hindahl and Belinda Gideon; sisters, Lougene Cooper and Charlene Dewey; brother, James Cutter; grandchildren, Amanda Millen, Steven Short, Gary Dodge, Mathew Langley, Shannon Morhouse, Robert Langley III, Shelby Hindahl, Jessy Lester and Cody Gideon; great grandchildren, Haley Millen, Hannah Millen, Ian Langley, Katlin Langley, Christian Canady and Jacob and Josh Moorhouse.; nephews, Donald, Ronald and Steven Cooper.
