The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, January 16, 2007 Rosalie "Rosie" Barreas Rivera, 66, born July 18, 1940, in Springerville, Ariz., went to be with the Lord Jan. 11, 2007. Rosie was-a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Rivera, Sr. of Prescott; and children Henry, Jesse Jr., Joe and Michelle. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, Roxy, Elisha, Kristin, Bryan, Ashley, Darick, J.J., Alejandro, Angelica, and Gerardo; great-grandchildren, Lexy, Ismael, Ajrian, Nicholas, Nathan, and Miya; stepchildren Jesse James, Joyce, and their children; surviving siblings Pauline, Jan, Felix, Terry and Dyana, all of Prescott; and many nieces, nephews and long time friends. Rosie will truly be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, with Rosary at 7 p.m. at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez, Prescott. Arizona. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17 at Sacred Heart Church, 150 Fluery, Prescott, with committal service at IOOF Cemetery. Information provided by survivors.
