Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from July 31 to August 7, 2011 - Steven Craig Evatt, age 60, a 16-year resident of the Laughlin, Nev./Bullhead City, Ariz. area, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 14, 2011, in Laughlin, Nev., leaving behind his beautiful daughter, Brittany Nicole Evatt, who he loved and adored more than life itself. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard "Buddy" Evatt. He is survived by his mother, Lydia Freemen; sister, Debbie Yanny; step-mother, Lee Evatt; uncle, George and aunt, Alice Kinny; uncle, Nash Corella; and many family members and friends. Rest peacefully in God's hands, Steve, until we meet with you again in His heavenly kingdom. Until then, we will keep you tenderly in our hearts. A remembrance will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2011, at the Avi Hotel and Casino Convention Center, 10000 Aha Macav Parkway, Laughlin, Nev.
