Mary Arnold Stephens died Monday at Hospice of Havasu’s Polidori House. She was surrounded by her children and family. A memorial will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Grand Island Park.
She was born June 25, 1919 — the first child of Cecil and Josephine Spangler and survived her two sisters, Margaret Erickson and Ginger McClelland. She moved from California to Arizona in 1979 and was a resident of Lake Havasu City for 32 years.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Judy (Joe) Ferrantelli, Nancy (Jerry) Garrigan, Eddie (Debbie) Arnold; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Lisa Ferrantelli, Dan (Karen) Ferrantelli, Nanci (Kevin) Pike, Michael (Jennifer) Garrigan, Travis Garrigan, Scott (Andrea) Garrigan, Eddie Arnold, Mark Arnold, Tracy Nelson; and 20 great-grandchildren Joshua and Jaymie Sloat, Madisen Ferrantelli, Kaci and Trevor Pike, Anna Garrigan, Triztan, Stormy and Brooklyyn Garrigan, Merisa, Shania, Anastasia and Kayden Garrigan, Brittany and Courtney Arnold, Brendan, Mylee and Alex Arnold, Joshua and Brianna Nelson.
She died at age 92. She was a wonderful influence on many lives. She may be gone, but she will always be in our hearts.
