Palmer, born Dec. 18, 1948, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, to Gerald and Jane Palmer went home to be with our Lord on Aug. 13, 2011. Bill worked as a nurse in the Prescott, Ariz. area. Bill is survived by his loving wife Carolyn. Bill will always be remembered as the fun-loving, generous man he was. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
