Services will be held at Mountain View United Methodist Church, Monday, April 14, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. 

Contributions may be made to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Ariz., or to the American Cancer Society, 2724 E. Lakin, Flagstaff, Ariz.
