Eunice Cook, 78, of Chandler, Ariz., passed away Dec. 6, 2008. 

A celebration of her life will be 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at Mt. View Lutheran Church, 11002 S. 48th St., Phoenix, Ariz.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Light of Christ Lutheran Church, 1500 N.W. Jacaranda Parkway, Chandler, Ariz., 85248, or the Arizona Humane Society, 9226 N. 13th Ave., Phoenix, Ariz., 85021.
