Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, Arizona CAROLINA ORTIZ ALMARAZ, 21 of Phoenix, Arizona. Passed away November 18, 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born January 09, 1986 in Del Rio, Texas. Carol moved to Arizona in August of 1991. She worked as a cosmetologist in the Phoenix area. Carol is preceeded in death by her grandparents: Guadalupe & Aurelia Ortiz. She is survived by her parents: Armando & Maria Almaraz of Phoenix; Brothers: Armando Jr. & Eddie Almaraz; Grandparents: David Sr. & Maria Inez Almaraz. Carol was 1 of 58 Grandchildren and 1 of 40 Great Grandchildren. Visitation was held at Crystal Rose Funeral Home on November 23, 2007. Services were held on November 24, 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Phoenix. Interment was conducted at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale. Deacon Ernesto Ramirez officiated the services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Washington Mutual Bank, Account #035700003064686.
