Frances was born in Ashland, Kentucky on November 13, 1923. She was a Housewife & Mother. Frances is survived by her Daughter: Phyllis Roch; 3 Sons: Tom, Bob & Chuck Stanley; Sister: Joby Crumbley; 8 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 14th, 2007 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St., in Tolleson. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Valley.
