Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Sunday, August 21, 2011 - John W. Norick, 74, passed away on Aug. 17, in Lake Havasu City. He was born on May 30, 1937, in Pasadena, Calif., to Glen and Mary Norick. John served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged. He moved to Lake Havasu City 27 years ago, coming from Crest Line, Calif. John loved spending time on his boat and loved living in Lake Havasu. He was an avid reader and enjoyed working on cars and was a good mechanic. He was a member of the ELKS BPOE and a Mason. He will be deeply missed. John is survived by his son, Robert Norick, of Washington; brother, Ron Norick; and sister, Barbara. Services are pending and will be at a later date.
