PHILLIPS, Jack

Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, Arizona Jack Phillips, passed into the arms of His Heavenly Father on February 22, 2008. He was born on September 20th, 1927, in Seminole, Oklahoma. He was married to Mary Christine (Kolmus) on May 5th, 1951, in Wickenburg, Arizona. Always bold about his faith in Jesus Christ, Jack was known as a genuine Christian and a man who was faithful in spreading the Word of God. He was known for his extraordinary physical strength as he was, like His Lord, a carpenter. Friends and family were amazed at his ability for hard labor extending late into his years. Jack was also known for exhibiting total integrity and complete honesty in all his business activities. He is survived by his wife, Chris; sons Mark and Steven; sister Pauline O. Mundy; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Sun City Church Of The Nazarene, 14636 N. Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City on Thursday, February 28, at 1:00 P.M.
