Visitation 5:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Cathedral Christian Center 16635 N. 51st Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85306. 

Service 10:00 am, Friday, January 23, 2009 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ with interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Avenue., Glendale, AZ.
