Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, Arizona Lillian Smykowski, 88, of Phoenix, died February 10, 2009 at Immanuel Campus of Care in Peoria, AZ. Lillian was born to Maryanna and Anthony Ospkowiczta on October 9, 1920 in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Edward Stanley Smykowski, Sr. Lillian is survived by her three children: Mary Ocasio of Phoenix; Edward Smykowski of Chicago, IL; and Joan Nelson of Salinas, CA; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am with visitation 1 hour prior at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren, Tolleson, AZ 85353 on Friday, February 13, 2009 followed by interment at Phoenix Memorial Park 200 W. Beardsley, Phoenix, AZ.
