Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 14, 1967, page 15 Harry Claiborne Word has been received her of the death of Harry C. Clairborn, who operated the Claiborn Flight Academy west of Wickenburg during World War II, at his home in Corona Del Mar, Calif. He was 72 years of age. He was a flight instructor in the First World War and after was an instructor for the Chinese air Force. He operated the flight academy here under contract with the U.S. Army. Private funeral services were held in Corona del Mar.
