Wickenburg SUN, Wickenburg, Arizona January 19, 1948 Mother of R.E. Stone Summoned at age of 95 While attending council meeting Wednesday evening, Councilman Russell E. Stone received word of the death of his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Machleb, which occurred Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ella Bourquin, with whom Mrs. Machleb made her home in Los Angeles. She was born June 2, 1853, in Embro, Ontario, Canada, but had spent most of her life in the United States. Besides the son and daughter, she is survived by four grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Stone left Thursday afternoon for California to attend funeral services which were to be Friday at Anaheim.
