Wickenburg SUN, Wickenburg, Arizona August 6, 1948 Edward White, 70, died here July 30 Funeral services were held Sunday August 1 for Edward C. White, age 70, of 217 First Street, Southwest, whose death occurred at Community Hospital July 30. He had been admitted the day previously. Mr. White had been in poor health at his home for several weeks before being taken to the hospital. He was born in Prineville, Ore., March 8, 1878 and moved to Arizona in 1923. Prior to locating to Wickenburg about 5 years ago, he had lived in the Morristown area for 11 years. He engaged in mining and prospecting before becoming ill. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Evelyn White and three children, Grant, age 6, Hilda, 5, and David, 4. A brother, Grant White, resides in British Columbia, Can.
