Funeral of "Billy" Simpson
Will be Tomorrow

Final rites will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Salome for W. A. (Billy) Simpson resident of that community for more than a quarter of a century and widely known in mining circles throughout Yuma County.
Mr. Simpson passed away at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Community Hospital here, where he was brought the same morning following a week of suffering from heart attacks.
Born in Missouri September 12, 1873, Mr. Simpson came to Arizona in 1896 and devoted most of his time to mining activities. H was a recognized authority on mining properties and prospects in Yuma County.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Millie Simpson; two brothers, Ben of Childress, Tex., and Ernest of Tucumcari, N.M. and two sisters living on the Coast. Burial will take place in the Wenden Cemetery.
