Norman C. Dibbens, 87, of Prescott, Ariz., born Aug. 30, 1923, in Norwich, Kan., passed away Aug. 21, 2011.

Services with military honors will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 20, 2011, at the national Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Sept. 3, 2011, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton streets in Prescott.
