Two Dead in Highway Accidents
A one car accident east of Aguila Friday night and a truck-pedestrian accident near the canal at Ashby’s Half Way Station on the Phoenix Highway Saturday night claimed two lives. They were the first highway fatalities of the year in the Wickenburg patrol area.
Name of the man killed near Aguila was not available. His companion, Dennie Tool, 16, of Parker, was hospitalized in Community Hospital here.
Jack Linderman, 57, of Twin Falls, Idaho, was killed Saturday night when he is said to have walked in front of a truck driven by Walter R. Green, Jr., of Phoenix.
Marshall Norris, 19, of Fredricksburg, Tex., was injured in a one car accident on the Morristown overpass at 2 a.m. Sunday and brought to the hospital here.
