The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, December 01, 2008 Verland Le Roy Nolta, Sr., 83, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born Jan. 6, 1925 in State Center, Iowa, passed away Nov. 29, 2008 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 at the American Legion Post #40, Highway 89 and 3 South in Chino Valley, Ariz. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in Verland's name to the American Legion Post #40, Highway 89 and 3 South, Chino Valley, Ariz., 86323. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
