Mrs. Dorothy (Thomas) Rush passed away last Sunday, February 11 at her
home in Yarnell after a long illness. The neighborhood women who gave
of their time and service of the many weeks during Dorothy’s illness
certainly deserve a star in their crown. They all were most faithful
to Dorothy. Helping her were Mrs. Kate Meyers, Mrs. Peggy Shleissman,
Mrs. La Pat, Mrs. E. Swenson, and Paula Sherrod who baby sat with Mrs.
Schleissman’s four children while Mrs. Shleissman attended Mrs. Rush.
This really was most wonderful of these women.
Memorial services for Mrs. Dorothy Rush were held Sunday, February 18
at the Chapel of Rocks and Roses by Rev. Del Millard.
