Visitation 5:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, March 16, 2009 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home with additional visitation 9:00-11:00 with service at 11:00 Tuesday, March 17, 2009 also at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ
