Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, Arizona Joanna Faye Jennings entered into life September 6, 1945 in Bakersfield, California and entered the arms of Jesus March 25, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her daughters; LaGina Faye(Filiberto) Lugo, Kimberly Lynn (Jose Luis) Lugo, Joanna Faye (Marcos) Miranda, and son; Edward Dewitt (Marilyn Lee) Jennings, grandchildren; Valare, Jessica, Viviana, Carina, LaGina, Leslie Ann, Gabriela, Gloria, Jose Jr., Benjamin, Filiberto, Taylor Lynne, Michael, Edward Jr., Victoria, great grandchildren; Gabriel-Manuel, Marco-Antonio, Julia Lynn, Delilah, Matthew, Viviana and Angel, siblings; Paul Basham, Norma (Bobby) Blackwell, Coleman Basham Jr., David (Billie) Basham, cousins; Patsy, Betty & Janelle, and adopted families; Joann and Dick Walters, Steven Joel Meyers, Tim Meyers, Eric and Danny Walters and many many more people she considered family. Joanna owned The Midway Cafe in Ridgecrest, California for 18 years and was loved by many and cherished by all. She loved to donate to children, the high school and youth athletics and homeless. She also liked cooking for anybody who loved to eat. Celebration of life service will be held 1:00 pm, Friday at Christ Community Methodist Church in Avondale.
