Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Thursday, September 8, 2011 - Alvin William Siegert Jan. 29, 1936 — Sept. 3, 2011 Alvin William Siegert passed away Saturday in Lake Havasu City, at age 75. He was born to Alexander and Alma (Dust) Siegert Jan. 29, 1936, in Chicago. Alvin served proudly under the direction of the U.S. Navy from 1953 to 1961. He made Lake Havasu his home 39 years ago. He married his beloved bride, Judith Muinzer, Sept. 24, 2003. Alvin had a wonderful singing voice and liked to sing for the church. He belonged to a show group as well. He was very helpful to others and was a very loving husband. Alvin leaves behind his beloved wife, Judith Siegert; two sons, Mark and Adam Siegert; one grandson, MJ; and his dog, Dutchess. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Donna Long. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mount Olive Lutheran Church.
