Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from September 7 to September 14, 2011 - Katherine "Casey" C. Tempelman, age 68, a 15-year resident of Fort Mohave, Ariz., fell asleep in Jesus on Sunday, September 4, 2011, at her home in Fort Mohave, after a short but courageous battle against cancer. She was surrounded by her family and their love at the time of her death. Casey was born August 14, 1943, in Chicago, Ill. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who took a special pride in all of her children and grandchildren. Casey was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Dorothy (Krein) Reagan, and sister, Patricia (Reagan) Folzenlager. She is survived by her husband of almost 47 years, Richard "Tim" T. Tempelman; two daughters, Kimberly (David) Apgar of Dubuque, Iowa and Alisa Tempelman of Fort Mohave; six grandchildren in Dubuque, Iowa; and a granddaughter in Fort Mohave. A special thank you to Hospice of Havasu for their wonderful care and support of Casey and her family. Arrangements are under the direction of Desert Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2011, at Mohave Valley United Methodist Church, 1593 Lipan Blvd, Fort Mohave.
