Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from September 4 to September 11, 2011 - Rita Stella Obuchowski Wisniewski, age 87, a 30-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away Sunday, August 28th, 2011 in Fort Mojave, Ariz. She was born on April 2, 1924, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of the late Joseph Obuchowski and Mary Czerwinski Obuchowski. She married Ray William Wisniewski on December 31, 1945. Rita enjoyed working at the local K-Mart until she retired in 2004. Rita was preceded in death by her 12 siblings, Joseph, Artuhur, Stanley and John Obuchowski, Ada Rodgers, Mary Jandula, Jennie Stryjewski, Helen Burian, Delores Obuchowski, Stella Maudo, and Lorraine Kaye. Rita is survived by her daughter, Sandra Wisniewski Carr; two sons, Gary and Glenn Wisniewski; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
