FERRA, Shelly Jo

Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Sunday, September 18, 2011 Shelly Jo Peterson-Ferra of Flagstaff, Arizona passed away at age 49 on September 9th 2011. She was born August 12th 1962, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, to Walter and Roberta Sieler. Shelly was very active in Cosmetology in several states, including Alaska and Washington. She loved the outdoors, and recently was learning how to do body work on cars. She also was very spiritual and believed that there was more to come after life. Shelly was a social butterfly that fluttered around with beauty and grace. It was a blessing to know her. She is survived by her husband Michael Ferra, parents Walter and Roberta Sieler, son Derek Peterson, sisters Jamie Holt and Kim Sieler, granddaughters Lily Peterson and Crystal Peterson, many good friends, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter Crystal Peterson, and sister Stacey Sieler. Donations can be made to help cure children's cancer.
