Max J. Ivey, 55, a native of Minnesota, came to Phoenix six years ago. Lived formerly in Inglewood, Colorado. 

Wife, Illiah; daughter, Mrs. Georgene Smith; two brothers and a sister out of state. Rev. Herbert Manning will officiate. 

Burial in Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Scottsdale.
