JONES, David L.

David L. Jones, 74, retired Methodist minister, moved to Phoenix in 1947 after he retired. 

He was ordained in the Wesley Methodist Church in Newtown, South Wales in 1916 and came to the United States in 1920 and was assigned to the Methodist Episcopal churches in Wyoming. He served pastorates in New York, Michigan and Illinois. 

Wife, Mary, and brothers, Thomas R. Jones of London and William Jones of South Wales. Rev. Wyburn Skidmore will officiate. 

Cremation with ashes to be taken to South Wales for burial in the family plot.
