James B. Colt, 68, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 15, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio, died Sept. 17, 2011, in Prescott. A private cremation will be held at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin assisted the family with final arrangements.
