Catherine "Cathy" Ann Martinez entered into life July 6, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona and entered into rest June 26, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: mother; Laura Martinez, father and step-mother; Pete and Jan Martinez, sister; Stephanie (Tom) Bailey, brother; PJ and David Martinez, best friend; Sam Dominguez, nieces; Ashelee, Zoe and Destinee, and nephews; Gionni and Josh.

Her favorite color was green and she will be thought of everytime it is seen. She worked as a medical assistant for 25 years. Her kids were her 2 little dogs; Garfield and Chico. She was a very fun loving person and will truly be missed.

Visitation 4:00-7:00 pm, with service at 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ
