Josephine G. Calabrese entered into life March 1, 1917 in Waterbury, Connecticutt and entered into rest July 10, 2009 in Scottsdale, Arizona
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her son; Joseph (Joyce) Leonardi, daughter-in-law; Eileen Leonardi, 3 grandsons; Chris, Peter & John (Kelley) Leonardi and step-granddaughter; Julie Rakic, 3 great grandchildren; Joseph & Giana and Faith Leonardi, nieces; Octavia Mazzotta, Michelle (Bob) DeFrancisco, Rosemary Palermo & Linda (Al) Turco, nephew; Frank (Cara) Mazzotta, great nephews; Frankie Bruno, Craig & Kyle DeFrancisco, great nieces; Gina Mataele & Sarah Palermo, great aunt; Josephine Germano.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; Joseph L. Leonardi & Michael A. Calabrese, and son; Anthony P. Leonardi.
She was an artist who was very talented in playing the piano, sewing and was a wonderful cook. She was a very dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family and life and who will be greatly missed by all including her dog Teddy. She had a great faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and is now resting in his arms.
Services at a later date at the Paradise Hills Assembly of God in Phoenix, AZ.
In lieu of flowers the family have requested that donations be made to Paradise Hills Assembly of God 9425 N. 26th St., Phoenix, AZ 85028 for Bishop Magezi's ministry in Africa.
