She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her husband; Vincent J., brother; Lloyd Jorgenson, sister; Pauline Hunt, aunt; Carol, nieces & nephews; Tiffany Jorgenson, Thomas Jorgenson, April Hunt, Ruth Hunt, John Hunt, Bobby Hunt & Susan Decker. Interment service will take place 10:30 am, Friday, July 31, 2009 at National Memorial Cemetery 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ To gaze upon a desert flower Her beauty and her splendor One may assume, mistakenly Her fragile, frail and tender Perched atop a sea of spines Mysteriously, she grows. She wisely chose this guarded place Her heart, so few to know. So harsh the Desert world appears She takes it all in stride. Her innocent complexity Has known no easy life. Yet determined as the flower is To flourish in the sun Unto the powerful arid heat The blossom will succumb. And those who look upon this flower Who thought her life too brief With heavy hearts and sorrowed minds Their words are filled with grief. But even from her thorny home No mournful tears do flow Tis comfort knowing with coming Spring She once again will grow. God bless you, Carol, May He always hold you in His arms.
