KINGSLAND, Gladys E.

The Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on September 23, 2011 - Gladys E. Kingsland, 84, of Golden Valley passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at Kingman Regional Medical Center. She was born June 21, 1927, in Attleboro, Mass., to Charles and Thelma Kingsland. She moved to Golden Valley 22 years ago from Oxnard, Calif. She graduated from Dighton High School and Rhode Island School of Design, and obtained an Associates Degree from Roger Williams College and studied geology at Oxnard College. She worked for Great Western Cities as a draftsman, for Los Angeles Engineering as an Aide III, and in Engineering for Exxon, retiring in April 1990. Gladys is survived by her brother and his wife, William and Mary Kingsland of Massachusetts. Gladys loved nature. She was a very honest person, always helping her neighbors. She will be very missed. No services are planned.
