Victor Manuel Bustamante entered into life February 28, 1925 in Tempe, Arizona and entered into rest July 24, 2009 in Peoria, Arizona.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife of 23 years Armida, son; Manuel, daughters; Sylvia Martinez, Cathy Bustamante & Debbie Dowling, step-son; Rick Marquez, step-daughter; Peggy Aldrete, 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, 4 nieces & 4 nephews.
WWII veteran, SGT in U.S. Army where everyone called him Manuel and he belonged to the BushMasters. He worked as a supervisor for 52 years for Roosevelt Irrigation District. He liked to travel and visit the casinos. He was a very good hearted person, good husband, good father, good grandfather, always willing to lend a hand whenevery anyone needed.
Visitation 5:00-9:00 pm, Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren, Tolleson, AZ. Funeral Mass 10:00 am, Friday, July 31, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 512 N. 93rd Avenue, Tolleson, AZ with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ
