Steve Theodore Kosch, 71, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 4, 1940, in Minneapolis, Minn., passed away Sept. 8, 2011.

Services will be 11 a.m. Oct. 1, 2011, at the Prescott VA Chapel, 500 N. Highway 89, Prescott, Ariz.
