Visitation; 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ with additional visitation 4:00-7:00 pm, at Jubilee Center, 113th Avenue & Buckeye, Funeral Service 10:00 am, Thursday, November 5, 2009 also at the Jubilee Center with interment to follow at St. Francis Cemetery 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ
