He was an Army veteran and lifelong resident of Avondale, AZ.

He is survived by 3 daughters; Delphina (David) Ruiz, RoseMary (Ken) Nield, Carol (Tracy) Lawrence and 1 son; Robert (Barbara) Beltran, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 brother; Gilbert Beltran and 1 sister; Gloria Lopez.

Visitation 9:00-10:00 am, Thursday, December 3, 2009 with Mass service at 10:00 am, at St. John Vianney Church 539 E. LaPasada Blvd., Goodyear, AZ with interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ with
