Roselind Starr, 68, of the Yavapai-Apache Nation Reservation of Clarkdale, died in Phoenix on Oct. 21, 2008. Born Feb. 1, 1940, in Cottonwood, she was the daughter of Mary Starr and grew up in the Verde Valley where she attended schools in Clarkdale and Jerome.

Roselind enjoyed doing crossword puzzles; shopping at Wal-Mart, and listening to country music stations. She also had a great love for her cats and her dogs.

Roselind will be laid to rest at the Valley View Cemetery in Clarkdale, Ariz. following a Graveside Service, which will be today, Oct. 24, at 11 a.m.
