She leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughters; Shari Pack and Diane Davis, step son; Steven Kauffman, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Sally was a homemaker and loving wife and mother who was preceded in death by her husband Alan in 2007.

Services 11:00 am, Saturday, December 19, 2009 with visitation 1 hour prior at Crystal Rose Funeral Home 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ with burial to take place 12:30 pm, Monday, December 21 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ
