MURDOCK, Richard Louis

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Tuesday, September 27, 2011 Richard Louis Murdock of Camp Verde, passed away Sept. 19 at the age of 71. He was born Oct. 15, 1939, in Camp Verde, AZ. He was preceded in death by his son; Deric, parents; Dave and Lena Murdock, brothers; David, Harold, Dan, Lin, John, Donald (Tops). He is survived by his daughters; Paula Acton and Holly Buck of Kingman, AZ, son; Jimmy of CO, brothers; Walt Murdock, Joe Murdock, sisters; Lavonna McCracken, Kathleen Reid of Camp Verde, Sharlene Sammeli of Kingman, AZ, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by family and friends. Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, at the VFW in Camp Verde. Information provided by family members.
