West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 22, 2010 Luella Adeline Pelham, 92, of Buckeye died Jan. 19, 2010. Mrs. Pelham was born Jan. 21, 1917, in Cates, Ind., to Hugh and Bessie Huffman Witsman. She moved to the Buckeye Valley in 1950. She graduated with honors, Kappa Delta Pi, from Arizona State University in 1972. She was a teacher in Salome, Young and Gila Bend. She was a homemaker. She is survived by three daughters, Kea Grandy Weatherford, Wende Irick and Alana Bledsoe; one son, Henry Dee; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Henry. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Grace Fellowship Church, 1300 N. Miller Road in Buckeye.
